Redcliffe Masonic Housing Association Ltd

Redcliffe House, 40, Bryansburn Road, Bangor, Co
Down is a residential home, opened in 1970, for retired ladies and
gentlemen who enjoy reasonable health and do not require nursing care. A
connection with the Masonic Order is not a prerequisite for admission to the
house. We can accommodate up to five residents, each having his/her own
bedroom and sharing dining room and lounge facilities. There are two en-suite bedrooms on
the ground floor. A chair lift provides access to the first floor lounge, bathroom
facilities and other bedrooms. Extensive
renovations recently carried out include the addition of the en-suite facilities
already referred to, a replacement bathroom suite with separate shower unit,
UPVC double glazed windows throughout the house, complete redecoration of the
premises and new carpets in most rooms. We have a resident housekeeper who provides three
meals per day. The house is centrally heated. Each resident supplies
his/her own furniture as desired. Rental charges, all inclusive, are
reasonable and Northern Ireland Housing Benefit support is available to
residents who qualify for it, subject to a means test.
